iObservation provides professional development for instructional leaders over the course of six sessions, spread over one or two years depending on district and school needs. Professional development sessions are job-embedded and limited to small group sizes to ensure full engagement from all participants in the content and use of the technology. Participants receive takeaway materials from each session, also available electronically.
District and school leaders, administrators and instructional coaches experience professional development on-site with hands-on training. Our team provides full coordination and support efforts prior to each session, during the sessions and between sessions to better understand the individual needs of every district and school with whom we partner.
Coming soon, all professional development sessions will also be available as online courses for convenient delivery. District and school leaders may also use online versions to supplement on-site experiences or support new leadership teams.
