The iObservation Professional Development Services team is comprised of experienced educators, leaders and technical trainers. Having been former teachers and central office leaders, they understand the dynamic demands of the classroom, school, and district environment. Our team is dedicated to supporting district and school leaders and teachers throughout the iObservation implementation process to improve instructional leadership practices that connect to teacher effectiveness and student achievement.

Data-Driven Learning

Our professional development programs emphasize data-driven, job-embedded learning within the context of communities of practice Provide professional learning experiences on effective instructional leadership practices.

  • Facilitate the communication and sharing of best practices for continuous improvement and sustainability
  • Analyze district data and how it can be used to improve teaching and learning
  • Configure accounts to prepare districts and schools for immediate system use
  • Ensure comfort using the technology through hands-on training

Instructional Leadership Professional Development Sessions

iObservation provides professional development for instructional leaders over the course of six sessions, spread over one or two years depending on district and school needs. Professional development sessions are job-embedded and limited to small group sizes to ensure full engagement from all participants in the content and use of the technology. Participants receive takeaway materials from each session, also available electronically.

District and school leaders, administrators and instructional coaches experience professional development on-site with hands-on training. Our team provides full coordination and support efforts prior to each session, during the sessions and between sessions to better understand the individual needs of every district and school with whom we partner.

Coming soon, all professional development sessions will also be available as online courses for convenient delivery. District and school leaders may also use online versions to supplement on-site experiences or support new leadership teams.
