In this comprehensive package, leaders and teachers engage in a continuous feedback, reflection, and collaboration cycle focused on improving student learning. Instructional leaders monitor classroom implementation and effectiveness of the common language or model of instruction through real-time data reports from walkthroughs, observations, and instructional rounds. Teachers engage in self-assessments, peer observations, collaboration, development of growth plans, and collection of individual student gain data to reveal differentiated professional development needs. This package includes an on-demand resource library that features exemplary classroom videos, expert interview videos, articles, and activities.

Years 2+: $3,500 per building annually

iObservation Basic

Designed with the instructional leader in mind, this option provides an efficient and effective system of data collection, management, and analysis to monitor the implementation and adoption of the district's language of instruction through classroom walkthroughs, teacher observations, and instructional rounds. This is an introductory level offering; it includes teacher accounts against which observations can be conducted but without the ability to access the system for self-assessments, peer observations, collaboration, professional growth plans, or student data connection.
