Implementing Dr. Marzano's Suite for District-Wide Alignment
The Marzano Suite contains components that support the professional development of all members within the district. While components may be used independently, they are designed to be integrated and more powerful when used together to create alignment across the district and develop effective teachers in every classroom.
Professional learning opportunities are available for district and school leaders, teacher leaders, instructional coaches, experienced teachers, and new teachers in induction programs. Each group has a differentiated professional learning option based on their individual needs, but all grounded on the same foundational model of instruction: The Marzano Observation and Feedback Protocol.
