The Marzano Research Laboratory (MRL) Virtual Coaches provide districts with consultation services and data analysis in order to facilitate effective implementation and sustainability of Dr. Marzano's Observation and Feedback Protocol. Virtual coaches offer additional supports for district and school leaders throughout the implementation process to help them reach teacher growth and performance goals.

Districts receive extended and continuous leadership support, supplemental to the professional development provided in the Leaders of Learning Program. Virtual coaches offer an affordable and convenient alternative for districts without incurring travel costs. Leaders have ready access to expertise to help them analyze and interpret district and school data.
